Will the club see families' details?
No. The club sees counts and totals only: players, groups, schedules and attendance. Each family's payments and medical information stay with the academy.
How does an academy join?
You invite the academy by its owner's email. Once they accept, they link their branch to your club, and you choose which halls they can book.
How is the club's share worked out?
By your agreement with each academy: fixed rent, a percentage of fees collected, a fee per player, or a mix. The statement comes out every month, with the same figures for you and the academy.
How much is it for clubs?
