Questions before you start

How much does it cost?

EGP 30 a month per active child, plus 1% on card and wallet payments only. InstaPay, cash and bank transfers carry no fee, and onboarding is EGP 2,000, once.

How does the pilot start?

Send the request or message us on WhatsApp. We get in touch to set a time, then set your academy up with you, in person.

Can we bring our current player list?

Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file with up to 500 players. Growvy checks every row before saving, links brothers and sisters, and brings each player's current level along. In the pilot, we do it with you.

How do parents pay?

However suits your academy: InstaPay; card or mobile wallet through your academy's own Paymob account; or cash and bank transfers that you record. The money goes straight to your academy, and Growvy never holds it.

Do coaches need internet?

No. The Growvy Academy app, on iPhone and Android, takes attendance with no connection and keeps today's sessions and lists on the phone. Everything sends itself once the signal is back, and nothing is counted twice.
