Pricing questions
Who counts as an active child?
Any child whose status is active on the last day of the month, Cairo time. Paused children and those who've left the academy don't count.
What does the 1% cover?
Card and wallet payments made through your academy's own Paymob account, and nothing else. It's added to your monthly Growvy invoice, never taken out of your payouts.
Paymob's own fees are set by your agreement with Paymob.
How do the 3 free months work?
They're the month you start and the next two. So if you start on the 20th, that month counts as your first. Onboarding is included.
What happens after the pilot?
From your fourth month, you pay EGP 30 a month per active child, plus 1% of card and wallet payments if you take them. There's no onboarding fee to pay: the pilot covered it.
How do we pay Growvy?
You get one invoice a month, and pay it by InstaPay or bank transfer.
Do parents pay Growvy anything?
Nothing at all. Parents pay only the academy, and the Growvy app is free for them.
